The 1000 Lives Campaign is supporting a new awareness raising drive that aims to stop patients across Wales from developing life-threatening blood clots.
The Campaign has joined forces with Lifeblood to encourage hospitals to use a simple checklist that will ensure all patients are properly risk assessed for blood clots.
