Gift Aid

The Inland Revenue's Gift Aid scheme enables Lifeblood: The Thrombosis charity to reclaim the tax made on donations by UK taxpayers. This means that for every £1 you give, we will receive an extra 28p – at no extra cost to you.

All you need to do is tick the Gift Aid checkbox when making your donation or setting up a standing order agreement. Lifeblood will then be entitled to claim back the tax on your gift.

This scheme only applies to UK taxpayers who are paying income tax or capital gains tax at a rate equal to or more than the tax deducted from their donation.

You can download and print out the donations form or standing order form. Both forms are saved as a PDF file and you will need Adobe Reader to view them. This can be downloaded free from the Adobe website.
